General Terms and Conditions
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase is very simple. Just browse through the catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click on checkout to process your order.
I accept Paypal, Postal Orders and Cheques. Postal orders and cheques are for UK customers only.
Please make all Cheques/Postal Orders Payable to Mrs D Price, and send to:

Please include with your payment the order number given to you upon completing checkout.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit card payments are made via PayPal and are conducted off this website on their secure servers.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
I want you to be happy with your purchase but if any product is unsuitable, I am happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return your purchase(s), please let me know in writing (by email or post), within 7 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned at your expense, within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged condition suitable for resale.
If the error is mine (for example in the case of faulty goods or goods not as described), I will also refund return shipping. I will process your refund promptly, once the item has been received back by me ? it will be made by the same method as your original payment.
You are responsible for safekeeping of the item until such time as it arrives back with me. When returning items I recommend that you obtain receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage.
My sole liability for items purchased is limited to the purchase price only. I accept no responsibility for any damages or costs arising from the item or its use, consequential or otherwise.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

There is no minimum order value.
Orders over £80.00 will receive free Postage and Packing.
All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail or a courier of our choice.
Up to £5.00 = £1.75
£5.01- £14.99 = £2.75
£15.00 - £50.00 = £3.50
£50.01-£80.00 = £5.00
Orders over £80.00 will qualify for free postage and packing. This offer does not apply to international orders.
These calculations will be made at checkout if paying by Paypal.
If paying by cheque, please add to your invoice.

DELIVERY
I always try to dispatch orders within 24 hrs (weekends permitting).
RETURNS
If you need to return any items, please send them back to me in their original packing, for a full refund (excluding return P & P).
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding damaged goods.
